工作台流水线主要由工作架和台面两部分组成，这两个部分的生产步骤主要由以下几步：

一、工作台好性计

流水线工作台是一种小型的非标好性先，从好性计到生产都是依据客户的生产需要进行定制，因此工作台的好性计是靠前步；

二、材料准备

完成流水线工作台的好性计之后，就是将已经采购的原材料根据图纸的要求加工成所需要的规格；

三、工作架加工

将已经加工好的原材料，根据图纸的要求进行装配，各衔接部分用紧固装置进行紧固；

四、遮挡板安装

挡板是各式工作台一般都会安装的一个部件。将制作好的铝型材按照要求安装在立工作台更上部分的结构架上，一共要安装两根。然后将绿色的挡板安装在中间便可。挡板上一般粘贴某工位的操作步骤或是注意事项等内容；

五、台面制作

流水线工作台台面一般是采用防静电材料制作，同时台面四周要进行包边。

以上五个生产步骤是经过简化的，各道工序都有自己的一些制作细节。流水线工作台虽然结构比较简单，工艺流程上看也是比较简单，但各个制作环节都有不同的要求。

Then install the green baffle in the middle. The baffle is generally pasted with the operation steps or matters needing attention of a station;

Five, table production

Assembly line workbench table is generally made of anti - static materials, at the same time around the table to wrap.

The above five production steps are simplified, and each process has its own production details. Although the structure of pipeline workbench is relatively simple, the process flow is also relatively simple, but each production link has different requirements.
